We have been able to come up with an idea each and will discuss which idea we will go through with, this may even mean joining the two together:
The opening titles:
a typewriter is being used, with a cigarette going next to it. A woman is typing and the names of the cast are shown on screen as though she is writing them.
My idea:
A man is found dead in his own garden by his wife to whom calls a detective in order to find out what happend to him, who killed him and why he was killed. The body has been found carrying a hankerchief with an emblem emroidered on it linking him to a few rich guys in town owning a casino; the detective takes a visit to each of these "suspects" and finds them all in the same office. After some detailed research to the case it becomes obvious that the top guy is to blame, although where is the evidence? a hunch is simply not good enough to arrest someone...
Sami's Idea:
A buisness man is found murdered in his home and is found lying on the floor by his wife and child. Through running the most successful car dealer business in town he has come to have many rivals and enemies, on the night of his murder, hours before, he goes out with some work collegues for a meal and drinks. His wife and child are in bed by the time he comes in and they don't hear any disturbances. Suddenly, after his death, it comes to light that the man was involved in drug deals annd other such crimes to try and make up the money that he lost in gambling and the stock market. A private detective is hired by the wife to find out the murder. The man's past and recent activities as well as sucessfull buisness leave lots of people with the motive to kill...
